Crispy Chicken Bites Recipe l Ramadan Special Recipes 2020 l with Subtitles l Cooking with Benazir
Peace be Upon You! Today we're making Crispy Chicken Bites
Cut chicken pieces into small cubes
Let's marinate chicken
you can use lemon juice instead of vinegar
mix everything well
store in fridge for 1 hour to marinate
Dough shouldn't be too soft or too hard
Add 2 tsp oil & salt and knead into a semi-soft dough
cover for half hour after kneading & then use
cut into equal parts & roll into flat bread using a rolling pin
make a big-sized and thin flat bread
cut the edges
On the square flat bread, cut the bread into 1 or 1.5 inch long strips
The strips should be 1 inch wide and 5 inch long
Place a chicken piece on one end of the strip
Roll the strip from the same end and wrap it
roll all the chicken pieces inside the strip in the same way
take a toothpick and insert it from the edge of the strip
Heat oil in a pan
set the flame on low
Since the chicken and flour strips are raw, fry carefully on low flame
fry until golden brown in color
fry on low flame for 7-8 minutes
Our chicken bites have turned out crispy
