welcome back to another session with your VahChef at Vahrehvah.com.
Today we're going to learn how to makecrispy okra. These crispy okra we call
them Kurkure Bhendi
these are nice and crispy and they tastefantastic and they usually serve this in
kind of a bar restaurant and for thevegetarians they taste pretty good. In
this just add some vinegar, add some salt, in this add ajwain; some
good amount of ajwain will make thistastes really good, in this add cumin
powder, some coriander powder, some chili powder and just mix this kind of
toss it all over so that all of these masalas gets evenly distributed
with this thin juliennes of Okra but do not you know squeeze it or make
them you know kind of lumpy or anythingjust like this
now take besan that is chickpea flour andsprinkle on this
that's good and now you will have thisokra which looks pretty good
now that's all do not have to add too much of besan or anything
this much little bit should be goodenough and perfect now we are going to
fry them in a hot oil; now immediately
you don't have to rest it or anything just fry in hot oil
they are perfectly fried wow and you know when they are done they taste like
nice sev with the nice flavors of okra
oh look at this
nice just after resting for one minutethey'll become nice kurkure crispy
hmm
wow this is good they taste great
nice crispy crunchy kurkure what ever youcall it haha
hmm like a nice sev but also with the goodness of okra; dear friends you

Bhindi Kurkuri or Crispy Okra made with finely sliced pieces of okra mixed to chickpeas flour and spices; deep fried until crispy. http://www.vahrehvah.com/bhindi-kurkuri-crispy-okra Okra 200 g Salt Vinegar 2 tb Ajwain 1 ts Cumin powder ½ ts Coriander powder 1 ts Chilly powder 1 ts Chickpea flour ¼ cup Oil for deep fry Take okra and remove the seeds and cut them in to thin juliennes.
